Sigmood is your personal diary to monitor your days and your state of well-being.
Create your baseline by assigning a score to the various areas of your life and then start using the app with the entries characterizing them with the selection of mood-tags that reflect you at that moment.
Through the use of an algorithm, Sigmood is able to send you notifications to highlight when the change in your psycho-emotional state is significant based on the confidence interval calculated from the insertion of your baseline.
Monitor your progress in the homepage which, with a colored graphic, underlines the average progress of the various days. Deepen your state of well-being by viewing the graphs with the entries for the single day or the current month.
